Aging in Place

There's no place like home - especially for seniors and special-needs families. But remodeling your home for barrier-free living can be a challenge. That's why our owner, Ken Kowalski, studied the codes and standards necessary to become a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) - to assist those who know quality of life includes continuing to enjoy the comfort of their own home and the familiarity of their neighborhood.

Aging-in-Place and special needs remodeling might include options such as anti-scald temperature controls in bathrooms, wheelchair or walker accessible doorways, motorized sink cabinets, automatic door openers, non-slip flooring, or custom built ramps.
